Sara is a homeschooling mom of 3, loves Ducks hockey, and is married to her high school sweetheart, who recently got hired back into the bicycle industry after God took them on an 18 month journey without a job. She learned more about God’s intimate Love, abundance, Hope, and Joy during that season than her entire life growing up in the church. During that time, Sara began painting as a fluke with her kids’ watercolor set. It opened Pandora’s box to the process of creating and worship, and the wonder that came alive through creating, whether painting, music or words. God began to redeem parts of her that she had no idea needed to be redeemed. Somewhere along the way, God whispered that maybe other women could experience this too. So, she and a friend began Beautiful Unmaking, where they lead art sessions centered around worship and the process, rather than the result, of creating art.

Rose Sakuda is from the Maasai tribe of Kenya, a mother of four children and a grandmother of eight, Rose accepted the Lord as a small girl in the Village of Kajiado, Kenya. Rose’s passion is rescuing poor teenage Maasai girls who are forced into having a procedure to intentionally alter the female genitals known as FGM. FGM is a traditionally ancient procedure which is performed to subdue the young girls into submission to their much older husband who usually purchases them for payment of either cash or cows to the young girl’s parents.
Rose who has personally had the FGM procedure done has been speaking against FGM since the Lord called her to step outside her comfort zone and speak at the AD2000 & Beyond conference in South Africa in 1997. Eleven years ago, the Lord lead Rose to California to train in ministry and prayer to reach out not only to women but to prepare her to start an official ministry to sponsor girls from the small village where she grew up in as most major organizations do not reach the rural towns of Kenya.

Kimberly Sanders is a daughter, a sister, an aunt to a four-year-old niece and one-year-old nephew, a late-in-life follower of Christ, and a woman who is fully assembled with a servant heart. On the daily, she is navigating the path that God has set before her with being a Christian woman in the workplace, among her friends and family, and graciously (or, sometimes not-so-graciously) attempting to navigate the amusement, hilarity and often frustrating world of dating as a 30-something who loves Jesus. She's learning (yes, it's an ongoing thing!) to lay out her past missteps and future worries at the Lord's feet. For her, casting those cares to Him is a mix of curiosity and caution combined with transparency and humbleness. Most days, she's a hot mess trying to figure it all out. Some days, she's pretty awesome.
